Doing lots does not equal productivity.

You may have a to-do list miles long, but how worthwhile are the tasks? Not to be too cliche, but WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER. re-evaluate the things that you put your time into. Are they TRULY serving you? Or are you doing them just to FEEL productive?

Categorize your to-dos

Some days you’re not going to finish everything on your to-do list…that’s life! To maximize your productivity, list your items as MUST DO, would be NICE to do, and not NECESSITY. Once you knock out your must dos, you’ll feel less stressed and ready to tackle the rest with what time you have.

Organization is a habit that has to be learned.

There is a difference between constantly having an organized space, and doing a major clean out a few times a year. By changing your habits, you can change your life. Start small and make big changes!
