the first thing we think when we hear the word “health” is the gym and rock hard abs. of course, these things are great, and if that’s a goal for you, GO FOR IT. however, i would love to to guide you on a journey to not only physical health, but mental health, spiritual health, and a healthy self love as well. all of these things are game changers, and bring TRUE happiness. & that, my beautiful friends, is the end goal.

the beginning

I have not always been into health & fitness. It started probably around 3 or 4 years ago and I began to fall in love. I’ve had my highs and lows. A history of restriction and weight loss as well as bad eating habits and weight gain. I have finally found a healthy balance with fitness and food, and I am ready to share my experience.

becoming plant-based

Almost 3 years ago, I decided to make a shift in my diet. It was the best thing I could have done for myself! I decided to go plant-based, and even though I’m not perfect, it has made such a difference in my overall health.

Professionals stick to the schedule. Amateurs let life get in the way.
